This is a good fast hike in the morning before work or in the evening after work.

Mummy Masochism
Peak 8 of 8, did a variation of "Mummy Mania" we dubbed "Mummy Masochism" because we tacked 2 bushwhack 11ers on to the end. Appx 19 miles, 7000 vertical - climbed Chapin, Chiquita, Ypsilon, Fairchild, Hagues, Mummy, Tileston and Bighorn.

West Slopes
Snowshoed the West Slopes from Lawn Lake Trailhead with friend Trevor and fellow summitpost member dholm. Between 10,500 ft. and 11,100 ft. the snow was four feet deep and powder, making progress very difficult. Trevor turned back at 10,500. dholm and I made it to the summit. Cold, but almost no wind which was nice.

West Slopes
Thrashed up the west slopes with Ed. Cool day on top, not to bad in the forest. Fun day.

Via Black Canyon & Mount Tileston
Two ascents ... the first via the Black Canyon and Mount Tileston, then west slopes to the Lawn Lake Trail and out to the trailhead. The second from the Lawn Lake trail and down the east slopes through a nasty, difficult bushwack to the ranger station at the Fall River entrance to The Park.

Had an extremely awesome day! Great weather, nice temps and I didn't see ANYONE until back on the Lawn Lake Trail. Easy mountain with killer views!
Definately recommend!
