I noticed this page is your first page on Summitpost. The page came out really well. Some information that would really make this page impressive is add a signature photo to the front page, and if possible add some more information on the Overview. Still is a great page and I look forward to see many more of your pages.
The coordinates place this dubious peak EAST of the Blue Ridge, nowhere near the Massanutten range, on the flat, low-lying terrain of a farm. However, the driving directions indicate this page is supposed to be about Bird KNOB (2,684). I suppose the page should be deleted or redone.

Page Adoption
UPDATE: I took over this page in April 2016. I corrected the mistakes and added route information and images. I have climbed it just once, though, on a cloudy day in February 2013. I hope to return and take better pictures some day.
Thanks for taking this page over and attaching it to the Massanutten range page. I didn't know that Bird Knob had a page, much less one that had been around for 13 years.
BTW, is the scramble Class 2 or 3? I would like to know that for when I add a brief writeup on the Massanutten range page.

Re: Page Adoption
It's been about four years, but I would call the scramble Class 2-3. The summit apparently sees very little traffic, even though it is less than ten minutes from the trail. The boulders remain lichen-covered, and not all are stable.

Re: Page AdoptionGood point. Even a short bushwhack drastically cuts down on visitors.

Gallery ExpansionOK, OK - I finally got around to revisiting good old Bird Knob. So now there are winter pictures and fall pictures.
