Skyline Loop
Hiked 5 hills in the Skyline Loop Trail (Hancock, Hemenway, Wolcott, Great Blue, and Houghton). Beautiful fall colors and great views of downtown Boston!

Hiked this since I was little...
The date I climbed this was my last hike here, and it was a beautiful, cool day. Hiked the easier trails when I was little, then the longer ones (Blue I think?) several times. It's a good training place, a great place for trail running. The views of downtown Boston on a clear day are very unique.

Red to Blue to Green Trails
Hiked with Flanders to end our 2006 annual trip. Nice training place. Bouldered up the big boulder in the middle. Fun. Nice views of downtown Boston. Back in time to watch opening day of football season at his house while eating pizza.

Skyline Trail
try the end-to-end orienteering sometime, it's fun
This was the hill in my backyard for a few years. Best during the winter. Worst when my mountain bike chain broke and I had to repair it while being eaten by mosquitoes.

Great 3 hour trail to prepare for larger/ longer hikes. Used these hills to get in shapr for 1 week Yosemite - Southern Oregon - Northern California trip including Mts. Conness & Lassen & Tipsoo and Cathedral Peaks.
