Classic
Hiked from Willow Springs Picnic area up Rocky Gap rd and then up a trail to the backside. The wind was powerful but the views are amazing. Some primitive campfire rings were along the way.

My favorite southern Nevada scramble.
Nice clear winter day. Bit of snow on the North Peak ridge but the ascent slope of Bridge was dry.
Pics/commentary are here.
Edit: Did it again in April with some cooworkers. Better weather, but windy.

Many Routes
Been many times up 3 different routes. Always fun, once got caught in a snow storm, another time had a down pour that caused some flash flooding.

I joined a couple of friends for the roller coaster route from Red Rock Summit. We had a great time and enjoyed a perfect overcast May day with temps in the 70s.

via North Peak Wash
climbed with another 17 meetup.com members lead by Branch Whitney. Started from North Peak Wash that is a steep but fun scramble route. There were still little patch of snow, but not on the route. Amaizingly there were some water in the Hidden Forest. About 7 miles round trip, over 3,700 ft total elevation gain. Bridge Mountain Hike Album
La Cierta Edad (Feb. 15, 2008)
Shirley & I climbed this shady route swapping leads. We loved it - one of the best rotues we've done in RR to date. 5.10 rating seemed soft (I'm not trying to be fashionable & talk shit about soft RR ratings....got spanked plenty there) but I guess it all depends on what you like. Wrote a TR here.
Birdland (Nov., 2007)
Nice route but becoming kinda popular & we had plenty of company. If all of the route was like the last 25 feet, this would no doubt make Gary Clark's updated list of NA Classics....but most of route is OK only :)
Frigid Air Buttress (Jan. 26, 2007)
Fun route with a short but stout crux (well protected). All belays are on either large legdges or huge ledges. Route gets exactly 0-minutes of sunshine in January (the name is so misleading - I don't understand...??). The OW on P6 is not really much of an OW (esp. if you have long arms). The descent was scarier than anything on the route (I'd do it on twin 70 meter lines next time).
Also did bunch of single pitch stuff along Brass Wall & some on the road-face of Bridge, eg. Topless Twins (5.9), Varnishing Point (5.8), Straight Shooter (5.9+) etc..

Via Pine Creek Canyon
We had a fun hike up the right side of Pine Creek Canyon (aka Fern Creek). The class 3 scrambling is great here. Alas we lost the route near the end of the canyon. After a couple hours of frustrating route finding, we finally scrambled to the top of the canyon and connected with the normal route from Red Rock Summit going toward the Bridge Mountain summit. I sure however this was not the route we had been looking for. By this time, we were getting late and had to bag the idea of going to the summit so we descended the normal route to the road to Willow Creek.

Amazing how hot it can get already in April. Only met 1 other person. Went across to north peak. At the time, I didn't have a solid route description so when I got to the bridge, I didn't go through but passed by to the left and found another way up to the next level.
