Bushwack Central
Still a bit of snow on the backside of the road when I did it...bushwack central to the top, not the most enjoyable hike but still beats not hiking!!!

Short and sassy
From turnout, went down San Sevaine road to below the summit. Scrambled up over a rock wall and took use trail to top. Seismic station near the top. The metal pole summit marker has been swallowed by buckthorn.

Not a lot of fun bushwhacking through the buckthorn, but nice view of Cucamonga & Etiwanda. Got to the top a few minutes before sunrise.

Nice Day in the Hills
Nice cool day. I hate the whitethorn/buckthorn brush....whatever it is, it sucks. The hill does have fantastic views of Etiwanda and Cucamonga Peaks. Worth the effort.

Here comes the Sun
On a wet June day, the only sun that I saw was on the top of Buck(thorn) Point. I tried to dry out and enjoy the rays.

Nice hike up Etiwanda Ave. Ridge
Combined it with San Sevaine LO. Hiked with Bechtt and Mountain Impulse via the south Ridge from Etiwanda Ave. Total trip was 16 miles and 6000 ft gain. A decent hike! Although the south ridge was a little brushy, I enjoyed it.
