Loved the story of you and your hubby trudging thru new snow with snowshoes. We did a grueling 12 mile round tripper last Feb here in Idaho with a 5900 ft mountain, oh my word, thought we are going to die from the effort!

Re: I like itno, you silly goose 6 miles up and 6 miles down (the down was brutal cuz our feet where wiped out) Regardless, snowshoeing is tough.
