Re: Amazing Shot!Hey Brad! Just to make you long for the alps a little more: here's a view from the same mountain 7 years later. Just ignore the clouds and through the gap to the left you'll see Mathias' view in broad daylight ;-)

Re: Amazing Shot!Hi Brad.
Amazing yes!! But life and man is peculiar. I've been dreaming about going to Colorado for so many years now. 20 years ago I had never put my feet on a mountain path. Then I met this same picture, as Mathias Zehrings from the Carnic Alps, only it was in Virginia going along the Blue Ridge? in Shenandoah National Park from Washington to Roanoke. The same dreamland. And now, every time I have been to the Alps cleaning up my soul, I'm longing back to the blue Danish seeside, the far horizon, the everlasting sunsets, and the long lasting bright summerevenings......
Maybe we'll meet sometime on the Coloradoriver?
Yours
Jørgen

Re: Desktop!thank you for your comment! For a desktop picture the resolution of the old picture was too small - so I uploaded a bigger version!
