I hiked up to Sandstone Peak back when I was a Boy Scout more "moons" than I care to admit to!LOL We saw a beautiful CA King Snake back then. Glad to see that it's part of Santa Monica Mountains conservatory property as opposed to more "development". Very nice pix!

Not in Circle XYour comment on my Point Mugu State Park page got me looking at different maps... and it appears the Tri-peaks are in the State Park, not Circle X Ranch. Here's the map that seems to have the clearest view of where the peaks lie
