Shirley starting up Clingon (5.8 for 1st pitch). We did a .9 and a .10- that day and this was by far the hardest pitch of the day?! Either we've been spending too much time in aiders lately or this is kinda sandbagged. The chalked arete on the right is Alan Watts' Split Image 5.12b/c. Close-up view is here (Sept. 2007).
