thanksThanks for the comments, guys. Yes, this shot was taken right after sunrise on the summit of Pomeroy Mtn. I wish the sun would have lit it up, but it turned out to be a rare view anyway. It was cool taking the pic knowing I was about to traverse that ridge!

thanks for sharingMy wife and I had this same type of experience years ago seeing the low flowing clouds during a bivy on Granite Peak. It is one of our fondest memories.
