Concordia and Baltoro Glacier as seen from 7000m on the G IV north ridge. Near the standing climber head is the small (near 6000 m) and sharp summit of Laila Peak. To the right from his shoulder is the Gondogoro Pass. The big mountain on the right is the Masherbrum
