Cows Everywhere!!!Cows and cow-pies all along the trail. We even found cow-pies found on the upper slopes of Clark Peak. So much for our map's reference of "Trail Too Difficult For Stock". Strangely, seeing the cows throughout the forest was a highlight of this summit hike.

Does anybody knowthat a single cow can belch out more than 25
to 130 gallons of methane gas per day ???
