Several times - nice quiet hike
I've hiked this peak on several occasions when staying in Green Valley Lake. Not too many people hike it, so it provides some solitude and has great views. Perfect for some exercise and doesn't take long.

Traverse to Butler
A fine snowshoe hike with Tom Becht, tagging Crafts and Butler, then a few others later in the day. Trip Report.

Lake View Saddle
Got in a late-season snowshoe up and over Crafts and on to Butler. Great views from the lookout tower to lots of peaks in the San Bernardino Mountains. The snow was pretty sloppy and thin on the way down from Crafts but I was able to leave the snowshoes on for the whole trip.

Thorny ridgeCame up from highway 18, got Butler, then traversed along the awful, thorny ridge to Crafts. Descended via a drainage below Crafts back to the 18.
