Nice ridge
Did the arete as part of the way up Snowden. Visibility wasn't great, but I remember being struck by the fact that I could see a crow soaring almost directly below me, when I looked over the edge at one point.

6am with the sun rising
Perfect conditions, no clouds and not a breath of wind. A really good fun ridge.

Bad slip
Descending the sharp part of the ridge, my boot twisted over and the weight of my 35 lb pack increased the forces causing a severe strain and stopped me doing the 3000s.
It will not deter me from going back though.

Foggy Day
Climbed in conjunction with Snowdon. Part of the Adventure Peaks Christmas celebration and Everest Expedition Team gathering. Foggy, slippery and no visibility most of the way.

Nice exposure. Still feel a bit uneasy when I think on being on that ridge.
This is the olde favourite route, fabulous views when clear and a good challenge in the snow. Most memorable moment would be when a mate posing in the snow, got frost nip where it hurts!
I lived near the bottom of it for a wee while. Most memorable for a moonlit midnight ascent with a few pints inside us, and a surprisingly scary solo mini epic on the east face in soft snow (older and wiser now)

Snowdon Horseshoe
Climbed as part of the Snowdon Horeshoe. Despite the crowds this was a fantastic day and an amazing ridge.
