We did it in two very long pitches on the left hand side - sustained and steep. The right side looked like maybe a better line (not as sustained), but didn't really notice this until I was half way up. The second pitch was stellar, with better ice and not as sustained climbing. An awesome day! Latest ice climb to date - friggin Rockies spring time weather.

Climbed with Nick as our first outing together and a warm-up for the Upper Weeping the next day.
Great day out with Hedd-wyn. Slept in the truck to make sure we'd be the first on the route, and had great conditions, easier than expected. Two pitches with 70m ropes. http://sightly.net/peter/trips/curtaincall2009/
