Happy Turk
Don't pass this one up....it won't be standing forever! Some funny bastard with long arms put this bad boy up. Reaching from bolt to bolt calls for some unique techniques. Cheers!

Funny little thing. The last bolt is indeed quite reachy, was able to lasso it with a double length sling.

Hardest Bolt Ladder I've Done
I've gotten quite proficient at the LeConte Boulder bolt ladder, and the Kor Roof on the S Face of Washington Column was easy. These 6 bolts kicked my butt! Definitely be ready to use your aiders in pairs on this one. Also, my short reach forced me to snag a shallow finger pocket to stay upright in the top step just barely long enough to clip the last bolt.

weird little thing
interesting experience, there's no 5.8! this made the cover of the new desert rock book?
4/2/11 - This is kind of a tricky bolt ladder as some of the bolts are spaced quite far apart. The two overhangs are tough to pass for amature aiders. Our stick clip (aka trusty broom stick) came in handy! Harder than Mexican Hat. Free moves at the top seemed easy. Used my new ascenders for the first time.
10/28/18 - Led this time. Bolts are stupidly far apart in places. I am a stick clip master! Free moves up top were easy.

5.8??
Climbed this along with Pensive Putterman. I had planned on climbing the 5.8 but holy cow! Took one look up and started taping the pipes to use as a stick clip. I hope you're taller than me to clip all the bolts but it works out!
