Sometimes pages can seem like a bit of work, but I really enjoyed everything about putting this one together. And though it's a really short hike, it is well worth it if in the area. (and I hope the page is useful to someone... without any prior info it took me a while to realize where I needed to start from)

These kinds of pages are definitely useful to people. Gangolf's pages have really let me make the most of a day of freedom when vacationing is some out of the way place. Wish there had been just a little more info like your page out there when I was in the highlands on the Vietnam-China border.
It is good times!! I have been there a lot in the last year (some for work, some not). Even speak a little.
I've never done a TR. I don't know if it warrants it, I did go up Doi Inthanon which was really cool, but it is more driving than hiking (same as Doi Pui). They were both great outings though. I don't know if I want to put all the rest in writing! (the animal shows are great, I always do some of that)
If you forgot about your trip I highly recommend you go back btw ;-)
I am heading back in mid-April for the Thai New Year. You should consider it, it's a great time to go.

good stuffnice place. I'd suggest hiking up a few trails to reach the summer in a more "natural" fashion, if that's someone's preference.

Re: good stuffThanks for you comment Ze. I agree that a longer trip would be worthwhile, I wish I'd spent more time hiking around.
I put a link to your trip report at the end of the Route Description section if that is all right...

Re: good stuffword. priority is eating thai food over hiking imo
