Return to Dry Mountain
A friend and I chased some geocaches up the mountain on this visit. Yes, there is one near the summit and geocaching is a great addition to going after the summit. Makes it more fun (fun?). Anyway, awesome views from here.

Dry
Went up the south ridge. It was mostly dry except for some snowfields on the summit ridge. Great view of nearby peaks from the top.

Like the Energizer Bunny
From the saddle to the peak is a nice ridge. Steep, and then some little knife ridge action. It was much longer of a ridge than I anticipated, but once to the first false summit I had a good time. The views of Nebo were oh so sexy. OOOOH LA LA

Short and Steep and Maybe a Little Sweet
The trail up this beast is pretty straightforward. You can see your general destination the whole time. Everything was green and there were a lot of bugs everywhere, which is just fine with me, because I am one of them. It took me and my buddy an hour and fifteen minutes to the top. We never really stopped, but whatever. There's no summit register that we could find. The views are superb, I highly recommend this if you want a short hike after work or something like that.

Trail 099
See the write up by ZeeJay. I will second the mention of the day being extra warm! A very large bullsnake in the underbrush of the saddle certainly got our attention. :)

South Ridge
With Moogie737. Nice hike on a hot day. Also did Peak 9596. It was really brushy in the saddle between the two peaks but once we got up about 50' in elevation, the ridge to 9596 wasn't too bad.

Better than hanging around Lehi
Had a flat tire out near Ibahpah & couldn't find a replacement until getting to Lehi where they had to order one. We had a half day to kill & headed up Dry Mtn. since it was close & the road approach didn't look like the would give us another flat. Dry ended up being not so dry with a little snow near the top & a great and pleasant viewpoint!

South Ridge
Ended up going up the south ridge towards the summit using a pre set GPS waypoint. I found no cairn, register, or benchmark indicating that this peak sees much in the way of visitation.
The views from up on that summit are outstanding.
