AmazingI've got to say, this is an incredible picture. I am adding this to the Glacier Mountain page. Last month when I was considering which Wallowa peak to climb this picture sealed the deal for me, and I did a trip up to Minam and climbed Brown, Blue Lake South, and Glacier.

Re: AmazingOh man, I just got back from the Wallowas and was going to go back to do Glacier Mountain again. I did it almost exactly two summers ago but when I got back, I discovered my camera card had been corrupted and I've not been able to retrieve my photos. Went back Friday night to try to tag Twin Peaks, Sawtooth, Melissa and then Glacier so I could put up the Glacier page. Sadly, I was only able to do Sawtooth yesterday before a storm blew in and I had to give up on Twin Peaks. Then it snowed through the night at the Hurricane Creek TH and I had to abandon it for fear of getting stuck up there. Supposed to snow through today there so I gave up on Melissa and Glacier and came back this morning. I'll check out your page, I'm sure it's great. I almost messaged you to see if you wanted to join me this weekend out there. The Wallowas might be closing for the winter already. Lots of snow. Ah well, at least I can sign a Glacier Mountain summitlog now! :-)

Re: AmazingHaha it's not exactly the rush of 10 years ago when everyone was racing to put up pages is it? How about planning a Cusick trip next summer? We've been threatening to do a Wallowas trip for years. I've got a couple friends I know would love to do it.

Re: AmazingYeah, definitely. Cusick, Twin Peaks and Glacier Peak are my big wishlist items now. Please keep me in mind! Been trying to get out there the last 3 weekends to tick some of these off. It's now getting dangerously close to House Project season. Rats!

Re: AmazingMy 2nd attempt on Twin Peaks went much like yours, we made it to Legore Lake but it was snowing. That ridge isn't knife edge, but it's narrow and loose, and no place to be in a snow storm.
