Drive up high point
While in the area for Renee’s graduation party, we drove through Delaware to hit this high point.

Highpoint 21/50 for me
It’s a USGS marker in a sidewalk cutout about 30 feet from a historical marker sign, in front of a trailer park, about 2000’ or so from the PA/DE border. It was extraordinarily whelming.

State Highpoint #26
Wandered around in the rain a bit. Went to the intersection of Ellis and Turf but did not prowl any closer to the trailer homes.

HP# 9
Had a couple weeks off from work, decided to take a trip to the East from IL to hit a bunch of HPs. (HP 6 of 9 during this trip.) Took a little while to find it...turned into the neighborhood (where the GPS took me) just before you pass the sign by the road. Looked through that neighborhood for a while...before having to ask somebody. Ultimately uneventful being that it was a sign...next to a bench...next to the road. Didn't see a USGS marker anywhere.

Highpoint #2!
Birthday “hike” to knock out the top of Delaware!
Not your typical highpoint with it being in the middle of a suburb, but I can appreciate it for what it is.

High Point #15
Nice little high point. Took a lyft there as part of a weekend roadtrip and convinced my lyft driver to knock out his first high point!
My wife Leah and I looked around and found the sign. Fun treasure hunt. Peak # 12 for us!!!

Highpoint #9
Rather boring urban/suburban highpoint, but an easy enough bag on the way to DC and the mid-atlantic HPs.

HP #46
I located the benchmark on Ebright Street and took a photo at the plaque. Walked into the trailer park to Turf Rd, Alpha Drive, and Sulky Rd to make sure I crossed the 450 ft contour line (which is labeled between the second and third trailer home on the east side of Sulky Rd on World Topo maps). Some claim there are nine or more spots around Ebright Rd that have been claimed as the High Point of DE. Since the area inside the trailer park has been excavated it's hard to believe that a spot at 451 feet exists naturally but that is supposed to be on Turf Rd in front of (to the west of) the first trailer on the north side of the street - I walked past that spot but I was on the south side of the street, as I was going off the World Top contour of 450 ft. Best bet is to just go with the sign at the intersection of Ebright Rd and Ramblewood Drive and go with the 448 ft official elevation. Also I wandered over to the benchmark on Winterset Rd near the PA/DE line. The third benchmark is rumored to be under one of the trailers in the park (again proving the area isn't natural and has been excavated). These non-mountain, non-hill highpoints never seem to have a definite highpoint. Florida was the same thing, as is Rhode Island (even though it is a hill).

Easy Peazy
Walk across the street, read the sign, take a picture, move along. Completed the first hour of a six-day drive across the country via Chesapeake, Durham, Asheville, Nashville, Springfield, Hannibal, St. Joseph, Lincoln, Sidney, Scottsbluff, Casper, Bozeman, and Butte to Seattle.

HP #40!
Likely the easiest of all the state highpoints to reach...
Made a day trip here the day of my cousin's wedding to nab #40 for me.
This is in a residential area-neighborhood, that is rather indistinguishable in height from the surrounding area.
