Rare picture

Not often I see pictures of the Little Matterhorn at a close distance.
Nice picture Vernon.
No one else could've done a better job on the Glacier National Park page.

Thanks for the comment! The Little Matterhorn picture was taken during an ascent of Gunsight, taking off from the Logan Pass Visitor Center, and via Hidden Lake and Floral Park. A wonderful outing (although we took the long descent down to Lake McDonald—didn't much enjoy that)!

Thanks, too, for your compliment on the GNP page—it's definitely a work of love! I'm getting ready to do my annual "revamp" of the page—adding/reworking lots of new images. Should be done in a month or so.

Looks like Mary Baker to me as well. That's what shows up on my Mount Cannon 7.5 minute topo.
