BeautifulI'm not an expert but this looks like the classic signs of a circumhorizontal arc. They are not uncommon and are formed from the hexagonal faced plate crystals in cirrus clouds of the troposphere regions. The most common atmospheric optical effect is a 22º radius halo. There are a load more incredible effects but they are mostly seen at the poles.
