Old climbing photos are awesome.

Your old photos of climbs are awesome. Wow, wool knickers and smoking a pipe. Back then, people climbed in style, making the difficult ascents that we non-smoking, hi-tech fleece wearing, special rubber soled climbing shoe using climbers find a challenge even with todays improved gear.

Yes, he smoked his pipe sometimes even while climbing. Result: deadly lung cancer.
