Week of sport climbing & Camino del Rey
One of my first trips to Spain to sport-climb. We had a good week, staying at the (a?) El Choro albergue. The only foto I have to hand at the moment is of me on a 5a route on the crag near to the railway line. I must look out the name.
We did the infamos Camino del Rey - the Kings Walk - around the reservoir - despite the warning sign. I think it's since been closed definitivamente! but people probably still do it.
this was my last stop in spain after a rock and bike tour with Robin from Toulouse. Had a great time before Morocco and we ended up returning for our second honeymoon years later
fun place! great climbing!
