I'm surprised that this wasn't already on SP. Good pictures of the route up the North Arete. I agree with sisyphus on Albert Ellingwood. He made the first ascent, alone, in 1926.
A bit thin info. Please add some about for ex. mountain conditions, when to climb the peak and the page would look so much nicer if a signature photo was put up.
Photo # 182271 is excellent, why don't you use that one on top of the page!
i am not sure exactly what you mean by "ex. mountain conditions", but i did ad a "When to Climb" section.
I also added a photo, but not the one you suggested, as that is just showing Fremont Peak, not Ellingwood Peak. I will keep my eyes open for a better one and ad it when i can.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to improve the page.

Untitled CommentLooks good, just needs TOPO coordinates. Let me know if you need help with them.
Was this named after Albert Ellingwood?

Untitled CommentSorry for my (home made?) abbreviation:
"...for ex. mountain conditions" = for example mountain conditions.
:-)

Untitled Commentthanks for adding the photos to the ellingwood page. they are great, and offer a nice perspective that we couldn't get climbing the N arete.
