Re: Fascinating & unusualThe one thing that was neat that this picture can't show is that the fog was actually moving over & down the mountain like a waterfall. It really was nice to see.

Foggy waterfallsBeautiful shot iceaxeman! Fortunately I get to these 'waterfalls' very often on Velebit. Sometimes they are so gentle and beautiful while sometimes so wild, carried by hurricane force winds that you have to run away from the mountain or find a shelter. They are caused by Bura wind. Check these two shots if you have will: 1 & 2.
