Nice hike for iffy weatherParked about fifteen minutes below the intersection and walked to the summit. It was cloudy when I started and I didn’t tarry with the abundant lightning and hail. Took about fifty six minutes to hit the top.

Met lookout lady and dog, tooParked early and walked about 1.5 mile to the top, and had a nice chat with Linda the lookout lady. Her dog Dixie barked up a storm at me. Went out via FR-99 through the burn areas. Interesting road and drive.
