Route Climbed: from Kaunertal through Rifflvalley
Due to the fresh snow not very easy (not enough for skies). Still a nice hike/climb on a beautiful summit.

Route Climbed: From Kaunertal Glacier Road Through Krumgampental, On Skis
Nice mountain, not difficult, great views of the Oetztal Alps
A lot of people went up through the Riffltal. On the ascent through the Krumgampental I was on my own. I think the scenery is more beautiful there. For skiing down, the Riffltal is more rewarding. I then walked up the road from the Riffltal parking-lot to the Krumgampental parking-lot (1.1 km).
Route Climbed: from Kaunertal through Rifflvalley Date Climbed: Dec. 14, 2003
Spent the night in a tent at the entrance of Rifflvalley alongside the Kaunertal toll road. On Sunday morning we had quite good skiing conditions. Except for the steep summit pitch we climbed up with skis. At noon when reaching the summit a snow storm came in. Due to limited visibility the descent was everything else but fun.
Route Climbed: normal route from Inntal valley Date Climbed: July 20th 2003
it was a fine weekend trip, nicer than expected: on Saturday we reached the hut and hiked on Nauderer Hennesiglspitze in the afternoon. We had a fine, sunny evening in front of the hut: watched capricorns with a pair of field glasses and tested their taste, roasted on the plate...
Sunday we climed Glockturm on the normal route. The glacier was very icy, so we had to use crampons but no rope. There were some loose rocks near the Riffljoch but no big problem to reach the summit. Long descent - it was late in the night when I reached home.
