Re: Good for youOh, now I find out that I should have had a bear whistle! No, it's a $10 flash drive voice recorder, on which I kept notes like time/temperature/elevation/how I was feeling.
My joints can't handle running any more, that's the biggest difference between 40 and 60, so I walked every step. But I move pretty fast, uphill and down--was surprised I was only averaging 2.5 mph.
