Guyselman & N   Sucess!

climbed up from South Black Creek to Guyselman and traversed to Peak N. Descended the snow couloir below Peak N and very tedious bushwhack to Lost Lake - tons of downfall

Peak N  Sucess!

Packed in on a Friday after work to Lost Lake where I had the place to myself. Saturday I climbed Peak N, which felt very remote and slightly rugged with all the boulder fields. Didn't see anyone all weekend until within half a mile of the Brush Creek TH on the return. Love the Gore.

N and O  Sucess!

Loop of Peak N and O from Lost Lake (overnight camp) with Scot, Brian, Kevin and Sarah. I think the traverse from Peaks N to O was the hardest 1/4 mile we have ever done, tough route finding combined with some snow and ice on the rocks limited our options. Seemed we kept getting cliffed out and had to backtrack and go even lower. Lots of deadfall on the road, trail, and bushwacking above the lake. Well worth it though, some of the best views from any summit in the Gore (or the state for that matter...).

Peak O, Peak N & Guyselman  Sucess!

Long loop from Brush Creek TH with some fun scrambling. The talus hopping and bushwhacking were very unpleasant.

Guyselman, Peak N and O  Sucess!

Jim and I had perfect weather for this one, and we needed it. The traverse between all three summits is long but a ton of fun. The beaver ponds just east of Lost Lake are a great place to watch the sun go down.

Guyselman  Sucess!

Climbed Guyselman while on a week long elk hunt in the upper slate creek drainage. What a awesome area. I am looking to get back in the area seeing as last time I wasn't much into climbing.
