Hadley Peak
Hiked/scrambled up mostly in clouds, although Baker did peak through a couple times. Can't emphasize enough how crappy the Forest Road up to the trail head is, potholes everywhere...

Up close
It was a long walk, but had the best views of Mt. Baker anywhere

Cougar Divide - Chowder Ridge
Perfect September day .. sunny, warm, no bugs, lots of blueberries and gypsy mushrooms. The rock on Chowder Ridge and near the summit especially is steep and loose but the views are pretty much the best I can imagine. 3 hours to the summit, 7 hours round trip with some considerable dilly dallying.

chowda ridge
Nice climb via hadley glacier and chowder ridge spectacular view of north ridge of baker. Also summit covered in small lady bugs literally thousands of them. Camped on a high plateau near a spectacular innately overlooking the lava divide.

Fantastic Views
Great views of glaciers and meadows. There are probably lots of goats in the area normally; lots of trails and scraps of hair. Fantastic hot sunny day. No water on Chowder Ridge.
