Examined Hammonds
I climbed to the high point in March and October 2022, while in the area. Don't expect to find a signed trail to Hammonds Rocks. I made up my own simple route - from Pine Grove Road, I drove 1.8 miles up Cold Springs Road and parked on the right side (room for about 3 cars). Then I walked up Cold Springs Road, turned right on Ridge Road, and continued to the obvious rocks on the right side.

Highpoints of Life
Just catching up to logging "summits" after seeing recomended sites to visit.
Part of a highpointing adventure through PA.
A good area to practice climbing / scrambling techniques.
Scrambled and bouldered up here with my brother in law S. This area has even more graffiti than it did last time I was here, and the litter situation is quickly getting out of control. How sad.
Climbed around for a while with my girlfriend. Very fun and nice rocks, but the graffiti was out of control and made it really bad looking and lame. Will go again, but I hope it gets cleaned up somehow, along with all the glass...
This area could be AMAZING, if not for the loads and loads of grafitti up there. Lots of short scrambling and some great bouldering. Cumberland County should be ashamed that they've let this gem get this way.

Very pretty place! Unfortunately the snow storm didn't allow for good pictures of the view, but the rock climbing possiblities here are endless. Fun day!

Great bike ride from 233Little rough for a gravel bike. MTB is perfect.
