Scary! The most scared I have ever been in the mountains was running from a lightning storm at 12,000 ft. Glad you made it back safe!

Re: Scary!Well, I was way higher than that hehehe
Running alone at the south face, and when I got to the refuge, Boris was already there! ahahhaha
20 minutes or so, those people start comming by down there...
We were pretty fast on our "run descent"

Nice PerspectiveVery well captured with the mountains and the people. The mountain alone would have made a nice shot, but the bonus makes it a great one.

Re: Nice PerspectiveThat was pretty much my idea.
:)
A nice composition can turn a simple shot into a great shot.
Thanks Josh.

We havetried that in the Dolomites. One minute blue skies, then a single cloud came sailing overhead - and suddenly lightning. Nearly got hit.

Re: We haveI had the same situation in Brail many times, including feel myself in a lightning strike zone (hair pointing up, head and body), and it was scary...
But in the altitude, things can get out of hand in no time...
