View from the summit of Hintere Bachofenspitze to the east: the ridge offers traverses to Vordere Bachofenspitze (parts UIAA grade I and easier) and Großer Lafatscher (parts UIAA grade II and easier). To the left of the ridge is Hochnisslspitze, Hochglück and the flat summit of Eiskarlspitze, one of my Karwendel favorites.
