There are actually 2 other Hogback Mountains, the one in Southern Vermont is known for having the 100 mile view (plus a road to the top, a ski lift, etc). This one is about 1000' higher and less congested.
It appears from the USGS map that Hogback is the lower bump and the highest point is unnamed, we always called it Worcester range
