Yes I do think Holy Cross is my second favorite fourteener... After Colorado's Wetterhorn. It is uniquely beautiful... of the fourteeners I have been up it is one of the few that I realy want to return to. By and large I prefer "smaller" mountains though...
A great page, Aaron. I can tell that you have a passion for it, through the work that you put into creating the page. The pictures are great, and I am sure that I will get to Colorado one day, and experience this mountain. Thanks & Cheers!
There can be if you want. It would be a new route or execution of the Cross Culoir in extreme conditions. But do you really want to carry all that weight that far into the back country?
I don't know why it took me so long to visit this page, but WOW, you've just done an amazing job with this one Aaron. Hats off to you for creating THE best Colorado mountain page I've seen.

Re: Holy CRAP!
My! Ryan! Thank you so much. The poage was actually LONGER and more in depth before SPv2! It served as an "area page" (long before there was such a thing) about the wilderness until recently, when most of that material was transfered to the Northern Sawatch Area page. Thanks for stopping by. Glad you liked it! Holy Cross is a favorite and it deserves the best attention I can give it!
