Fun Scrambling
Did this with my friend Ben in the evening. Didn't see anyone all the way up to Lookout Summit. Summitted then made our way down to Horsetooth peak for a quite summit and dismount before storms started rolling in. Super fun hike!

After Lookout
Scrambled down to Horsetooth after bagging Lookout. Decided not to take the main ridge as there is considerable exposure. Contoured underneath the main ridge until I found a Class 3 with one Class 4 move weak spot. Fun little scramble. Did not hang around long because I storm was rolling in from the south. The descent through the forest was not too bad once we were free of the rocks below the peak.

W/ Lookout from Meeker Park
hiked up to Lookout Mountain on a gray, cloudy day that promised rain, after Lookout I headed down to the Lookout/Horsetooth saddle and scrambled up the north side of the peak. Instead of heading back to the Meeker/Lookout saddle I headed basically due north through the woods to the trail. My GPS said there was a trail, but if there was it has long disappeared.
Snowshoed the pair from 'Horse Creek TH' near Meeker Park. Climbing to the actual summit felt somewhat dangerous due to ice and snow. Wasn't sure which outcrop was the true summit, so ascended all of them to be safe.
I hiked this with Lookout. lots of scrambling options - stay to the south for fun 4th class and low 5th class (or harder) slabs or stay on the ridge for class 3/4 scrambling.

Via Meeker Ridge
Some decent scrambling to a barren summit/point. Views were no better then Lookout but def. more exciting to reach then Lookout. Surrounding forest was surprisingly dense and lush!
As with Mt. Meeker, broken register.

Windy Day on Horsetooth Peak
It was a very windy day, so didn't get to enjoy the summit views for long, but the trek up through the dense forest was pleasant.
Great summit and incredible scramble. I think there are about 10 lines to gain the summit here. Stay on the ridge proper for a great 4th class scramble or ascend one of many 3rd class spurs to gain the ridge. One will take you directly to the summit by no more than a 3rd class scramble. Summit register was broken and missing in case anyone wants to take another one up ;)

Great climb up southeast ridge of Lookout mountain. Lots of bush whacking and class 4 climbing but well worth it. Climbed standard route on Horsetooth from saddle. Great climb to a rarely visited summit. No names in summit log for past 4 months.
