Hyacinth brodiaea (Brodiaea hyacinthina)

Hyacinth brodiaea grows in meadows from southern B.C. through western Washington and Oregon to California. East of the Cascades it grows in sagebrush and seasonally dry meadows in central Washington and east to Idaho. This photo is from Hog Meadow Creek near Helmer Idaho, which may be the easternmost extension of the species.
