I was able to drive the Inside North Fork Road ~6 miles to the Camas Creek TH this past October. Fall colors were in full splendor and I did not see another soul the entire day as I hiked ~15 miles round-trip to Trout Lake. Outstanding part of the park. I hope they can get the road fixed so it can be open in its entirety some day soon!
