The occupants were part of a crew of volunteers picking up junk in the Gould Creek Drainage.

Yeah, I have to admit I felta little puny with my stock Nissan Frontier 4x4 parked on the other side of this pond, while watching folks in customized Jeeps cross this pond. It looked rather fun!
