HP #18
Long Drive from Baltimore. We stayed the night about 30 minutes southwest of the highpoint (due to the restricted hours) and got up early to reach it. Kind of a pretty area. Definately better than Deleware's HP.

Nice run to the summit. Took three or four quick shots then left.
I saw you signed the log the day after I got there. I like that the property owners have allowed everyone to take that little trail to the HP. # 10 for me.
Drove over from Hartford during a business trip. The entire drive is very scenic and woodsy. This is my 24th state highpoint.

Nice Trail To The Summit...
The Highpointers Club did an excellent job working together with the property owners to create such an enjoyable summit trail and helping keep this HP accessible to the public.
This was the fifth of seven HPs (plus Washington, D.C.) I would reach in two days' time. HP #29 for me.

Almost didn't make it...
After getting my butt kicked by Katahdin, I barely had the energy to make it up this beast. I dug down deep inside of myself, and somehow, found the courage and stamina to push on, and made it to the top.

HP #19 - dodged rain drops
Very nicely maintained gravel path. A cloudy day that threatened rain, but I was able to avoid getting wet.

Jerimoth Hill
Nice little path to the high point. I was a little confused by the other markers along the way. I was pleased that the current owners opened it up. High point #2.

Natives restless
I went on one of the open dates. I didn't see any times when the summit was open so I strolled in at about 7 am. It must've been too early because a guy followed me in his car when I left. I pulled over to see what he had to say to me, but he just kept going with a mean scowl on his face.
