"As an adolescent I aspired to lasting fame, I craved factual certainty, and I thirsted for a meaningful vision of human life - so I became a scientist. This is like becoming an archbishop so you can meet girls."

Route Climbed: HIked from Zakopane Date Climbed: June 1999A great summit and a long hike from Zakopane. We were beat by the bottom. We wanted to do Rysy but there was far too much snow around. We did get to see Morskie Oko (the five lakes). A beautiful mountain range.

Route Climbed: Ski ascent from Goryczkowa Valley Date Climbed: 1st December 2001Absolute ski tour debut !
Huge exhaustion of the long ski climb (5.40 h) rewarded by great panorama from the summit ...downhill to Hala Gasienicowa and a bit thrilling night descent to Kuznice (gorgeous view of Giewont peak at golden sunset over the ocean of clouds ...not to forget! )

Route Climbed: From Gasienicowa Valley Date Climbed: about 13th August 1996 numerous entries 1996-2001Though quite uncertain weather that day I reached Koscielec peak first and then decided to get back to Kuznice through Kasprowy - that was my first of numerous visits on that peak ,nice trip ...
----------
Kasprowy(1985) is the holiest mountain for polish skiers .
Thanks to fact that Kasprowy is almost a border peak between High And Western Tatras (Liliowe Pass is half an hour from here) it offers great ,differentiated panoramas in all directions .
Especially beatiful view of Czerwone Wierchy(Red Peaks) range in the west and majestatic Krywan(2496) and Hruby Wierch(2428) to the south ...
