Two black bears in Yellowstone, near Roosevelt. It was hard to get a good shot with the brush and trees, but I did manage this one. Please PM me if you can identify the grass they're chomping on. The cinnamon spent the whole time with the head down, acting like a lawnmower; the black was (understandably) more cautious and kept checking out the bigger one.
I saw what is probably the same pair the previous year but was unable to get this close that time
for understandable reasons.
