It looks like a concrete outhouse.

Re: No kidding ?It is not an outhouse....but there were enough bugs up there to resemble one. I believe it is an old radio tower. There was one on the summit too but it was obviously knocked down....maybe be an Elk or 2 ????? Who knows???
