Well, given that "run" is sort of a relative term, yes! (It's my preferred mode of locomotion, to the extent possible.) When it gets steep, it can be more of a "power walk," and where real scrambling is required, speed has to be tempered with sanity, AND enough miles will slow me down quite a bit some days. But, other than that(...) I run em! I'm hoping to start with Castle in late May.
