Great album...the La Sals are very beautiful...especially covered in the white stuff. Thanks for sharing. Can not wait to ski that range!

Hiked Mt Peale on July 17, 2024. I accessed the trailhead by going to the small town of LaSal, south of Moab and then traveling to LaSal Pass which puts you over 10,100 feet. Nice places to camp nearby. Mosquitoes were everywhere, so take your bug spray. Nice trail into the couloir (I call it a small ravine) and then stay in it almost to the saddle. A trail takes off to the right below the saddle and takes you to the summit of Mt. Peale.
