Achupalla.

This nice andean plant is achupalla. It's kind of a small cactus with a pineapple pocking out of its center.

You can find them anywhere above 4,000 m in the ecuadorian Andes.

Laguna de Mojanda.

This is one of the most beautiful crater lakes in Ecuador. The view from up there is amazing!

Oh yes!.. this is a nice area. Can't imagine how this huge caldera was created.

This is one of the three most visited crater lakes in Ecuador, along with Quilotoa and Cuicocha.

Fuya Fuya is a nice hike/scramble. I bet you liked it!
