Summit views exceeded expectations
First time here also. Loved this summit...panoramic views with Mt. Evans off one side and Pikes Peak from the other. Easy on the way up, 14 minutes down from summit to car running on the snow. Blast!

Wildfire smoke ruined view
Great park with trails for all capability levels. We arrived at 8 am on a Friday and lot was about 1/2 full. Plenty of shade once your on the mountain. All trails fairly wide and well marked except for the spur to the summit. It is not marked and is much narrower than the main trail and easy to miss so keep an eye out. The summit trail is very steep but worth the trip for the views. Unfortunately, our view was limited by the wildfire smoke although is was still impressive. We plan on re-summiting another time in the future when the skies finally clear up
Couldn't do anything long or involving climbing due to breaking my toe... this short and easy peak was perfect. Was also able to combine it with Point 9128 without too much effort.

A nice, casual, fall ascent with Peakbug. There were still many golden colored aspens along the way and the trail was fairly clear of snow and ice. As Peakbug mentioned, we found a spur trail off Old Ski Trail that took us to the summit with ease.

#47 Legault Mountain
Beautiful fall leaves scattered the trail on this easy summit hike. There is a rustic trail from Old Ski Trail which made the summit quick and fun. Enjoyed a morning in the sun with rkymtn.

I was a little crapped out from the previous day's events, so this peak fit the bill perfectly. Easy route-finding, not too much snow, and simply amazing views. Hung out for a long time at the top with Logan napping in my lap. Climbed with Tom, Angel and Logan. Beautiful day!

Snowy day
Last minute decision, snowy but beautiful day on this easy and beautiful mountain. If weather is not good in high country, this mountain is great alternative. Me and Brian had a great time finding route, anyhow, it was great day.

An easy hike close to the city. We could see it snowing on some nearby peaks.

Nice hike today. Trail all the way to the top, so you cant beat that. The big mountains were covered in clouds but the view was still great.

Crisp Day
What a nice little hike up to this little peak. It really felt like fall up there. The leaves on the aspens were past peak but still colorful!

Trail conditions were great and the private property boundary was clearly marked at the end of the Old Ski Run Trail. Strangely, there were literally thousands of ladybugs on the summit!
