Bee-yu-tee-ful!Awesome shot to say the least. Was that the natural water color or was the image modified in some way? Either way I'm looking forward to my August trip there.

Re: Bee-yu-tee-ful!Well, it's very difficult to know how close this color is to the actual. After all, it started out as a 35mm slide, was scanned, then color "corrected". But this certainly approximates the real color. For me the color of the water was the primary reason for the photo -- and the color of all of those lakes up there is to die for. This one is sorta unique because of the small amount of suspended glacial silt. Thanks for the comment!
