Andy, thanks for stopping by. You have been quite lately, have you been out much? It would be nice if you could join Colonalpyat, Jgsman and myself for one of our hikes into the LCW this season. We just meet at the park and ride off of Wadsworth and 285 and one of us does the driving. I'll keep you posted.
Hi Kane. Yeah I have been pretty busy. I was out of town on business the last time you guys ventured into LCW. The preperation for that trip, the trip itself, and the recovery from it have taken up a lot of energy. I haven't been up into the mountains since I climbed Comanche Peak. I'd love to join you guys on a hike. Saturdays work best for me. Let me know next time you're heading up.
What the hell are you up to? If weather is O.k. next weekend I heading back out t the LCW-let me know if your interested. Had to work this weekend so next week I'll be ready to go!
Nice mountain Page. Last year I hiked up to Pawnee Pass two consequetive days (wanting to ascend Shoshoni and Pawnee... first day I was driven off by drizzle and low clouds... the second day worked out much better) so I have had a few occasions to admire the serated east ridge running of Pawnee Peak. If I can force myself to leave my dogs behind I will try this mountain out. Thanks for the info.
